We’ve been shaped by out experiences so far - this doesn’t mean we have to stay where we are. We can do things differently to get different results any time we choose. Sometimes we can make changes by ourselves and sometimes we need support - there is no shame in that.

In-person Workshops

In‑person groups give you the chance to learn by doing, reflect as you go, and grow with the support of others.

Each in‑person session is NZD $40, or you can commit to the full 10‑session journey for NZD $350.

Sliding scale options are available - your presence matters more than your ability to pay.

Online Workshops

If you can’t make it in person, you can still join us online and experience the same hands‑on learning from wherever you are in the world.

You have the choice of either a 10 session group experience (NZD $250) or the ability to drop in to single sessions on topics you would like to explore (NZD $30).

Bring Healing Conversations to Your Organisation

I am excited to offer workshops for teams and organisations for people affected by family trauma. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and new perspectives that support real recovery. These can be online or in person (there will be an extra cost for travel if outside of Christchurch Aotearoa NZ).

Corporate Workshop Packages

NZD $2,500–$3,500

Corporate partnerships at this rate allow me to subsidise workshops for community organisations who otherwise couldn’t afford them.

Not-for-Profit Workshop Packages

NZD $1,200–$2,000
